@Tony Starks yea but a real team leader gonna for sure be there day 1 no exceptions especially since they didn’t get a lot of this stuff last season. So he obviously feels he is above it and that’s not gonna fit the culture we are building. You gotta get down there and at least be with your guys and meet the new players…i mean you been waiting all off season to get back out there why wouldn’t you be? Def concerning.

@Demarius Oliver ok and….with the lack of ota’s or preseason last year why on earth would you not be getting out there as soon and as often as possible? And he slightly under performed last season based on what everyone thought he would be out of the gate too so he def don’t need to be taking anything for granted. Even vets who have been to pro bowls were there….just hope this is not a reflection of where his mentality is, thinking he doesn’t need to join his guys for voluntary camp already. And maybe he doesn’t “need” to…but as a captain he should be there no way around that really.

@G Man Ron already said it’s voluntary and you are not forced to participate, maybe there was a personal issue we don’t know but concerns of his character shouldn’t be raised after day one

@G Man I’m pretty sure he’s working probably with previous DE on technique… I remember Bruce smith wanted to work with him. So most of the time players who don’t show are either chillin or working with other people.

@Quintin Ruiz have you heard of Jay Gruden? He certainly is dumber than Zorn.
