The scouting reports on Rochelle is he has poor technique so that’s something he’s going to have to improved on this year. He isn’t going to play ahead of David Long Jr this year so that makes him the CB4 in 2021 but… he should be starting opposite Ramsey in 2022 assuming he develops well and is ready.
