I disagree. If Lock picks up his game even a little bit we can definitely beat the Chiefs. Our defense played very well against them
@Hunter Livie our defense was ranked 20th last season and Drew Lock is who he is. Go look at his college tape or specifically look at the game against Texas. He danced and threw fade away balls and celebrated only to lose games. He is who he is.
Lock has the juice. It might just take a LITTLE more time for him to ripen. Either way, it’s great to have Bridgewater. Go Broncos!
I just think he has been given his chance and didn’t capitalize, he had a good O line, decent receivers, a good rb and a good defense, Bridgewater should be the bridge qb for a future trade or draft pick

@Aiden Martin he has had a different offensive coordinator every yr of his playing career dating back to college and the team was in absolute shambles last yr. Also he had to rely on a rookie WR as his #1.
@ササミヤ Lock and Josh Allens through their first 18 games are identical. So with your logic they should have given up on Allen as well.
@Shinobi Drip I get that, I don’t really look at his stats to evaluate him because of that, but his inaccuracy, bad decision making, and inability to keep a steady offense make him a bad quarterback, I’m just saying that Bridgewater needs to be the starter until either Rodgers joins or til the next draft

Drew lock has this. He is putting in the work. He is doing what young players do. They develope. When he has a break out season this year, or should i say if he gets a chance to, i am going to troll all the doubters. Broncos fan for life!

He deserves a chance. I don’t think a guy like Peyton Manning would be working with him if he sucked. It’s not like the guy has a ton of free time and he found a way to fit Lock into his schedule. The kid is putting in the work and has the physical tools. Year 3 could be like Josh Allen’s year 3. Everybody thought that guy sucked coming out of WYO and his first two years and now he’s an MVP candidate. Now we would give everything to have a QB like him when before he was getting as much hate as Drew.

I like how they phrased it. If he wins the job it means we have a starting QB better than Teddy. If he doesn’t, we have Teddy! And I agree we’re more likely to see a Saints-year version than the Carolina year

Long answer: absolutely not
The Chiefs are a powerhouse in the division, but competition usually brings out the best in top athletes. Lock and Bridgewater might have the competitive gene to bring their best against the best.
They are stacked on offence. If Lock can’t make it work he will cost a lot of coaches their jobs.

The Broncos are 5-11 and have been for awhile. Nothing has dramatically changed since last year so to expect us to compete in the division is a joke. But every year fans think this is the year we go all the way, lmao
That pressure under QB from the fans, and organization at this point is too much for a young QB
I don’t care who the quarterback is. I just want broncos too get a quarterback who will exceed. Not be a 1 year wonder. I’m tired of this quarterback circus. They could be a scary team next season. If everyone can stay healthy. Wich I’m praying for everyone to stay healthy. And whatever quarterback we have or get. He plays great.
