Welcome to Chiefs Kingdom!

From COMO to 1 Arrowhead Drive! I’m so excited to see my favorite player on my college team get picked into the kingdom! I’m a homer, but for those who aren’t as familiar with Nick, we got an athletic, hard hitting LB who is a great teammate, a hard worker and a natural leader. He has been referred to as a heat seeking missile for the football. He is a 2 time all SEC first team and second team All American this past season. At the 58th (Derrick Thomas number) pick in the draft, Andy Reid was thrilled with the value of him still being there!The main knock from those who didn’t watch him play much is his size, but after seeing him dominate against SEC lines @ Mizzou, that isn’t really an issue. Learning under Anthony Hitchens, Him and Willie Gay will hopefully both reach the high end of their respective potential and both become every down type MLBs. He showed high football IQ constantly and continued to improve and become more well rounded during his final season in COMO, which could result in him getting reps in games right off the bat replacing what is in my opinion the biggest liability on that side of the ball in Ben Niemann. By proving to Coach Spags, who is known for making rookies earn time rather than putting them in front the jump, that he is up to speed. I’m so pumped up and ready to start the 2021 campaign!
