@Dakota Martinez yea, I don’t see much difference from Fields to Trubisky, can’t read defenses, athletic, strong arm, but he’s shorter, hopefully he doesn’t get injured when he runs into safeties like Trubisky.

@Milo Tucker the lineman have been horrible for years. We had to start free agents and 7th rounders last year. If you think QB is the only bad spot, you’re blind.

@Milo Tucker the lineman has been bad bro. If you have a walrus at tackle for many years, you can’t say he addressed it. Mitch hid the problems of it with his mobility. When foles came in everyone finally realized how bad the Line is. They barely have starters now and no depth. Tell me the last time Pace spent a high draft pick on a lineman

Best trade and pick in the draft. He and Trevor were 1 and 1a, different skillsets. Both were big time players who played in big games, destroying the competition week after week on their way to the biggest stage in college football. Go Bears!

@SsrHallOfFame Justin Fields also beat Trevor Lawrence. Football is a team sport. Last season Tom Brady lost to Nick Foles but went on to win the Super Bowl.
They did not have different skill sets. Lawrence can run as well. Lawrence just has a gun of an arm and fields has average arm strength. It was a bad pick by the bears.

Nope… He earned every bit of ill will in slow motion. My east coast Football friends have roasted me for years for not getting him ousted. Not drafting D Watson in lieu of TrueBuscuits is beyond abhorrent to the rest of the nation. Bears fans are like people suffering from Stockholm Syndrome. Pace is everything in the book opposite of a fully competent GM. He can evaluate and draft position players, but this guy will fall for the magic beans in lieu of Christmas Dinner.
There’s one thing to not like someone but to wish horrible things on them shows how bad your character is

You give Fields every opportunity to win the starting job out of camp and then you see what we he’s got.
Chicago is well known for their toughness and hardwork. Justin Fields has those intangible qualities, hopefully the organization and management will invest their day 2 & 3 draft picks to support their new franchise QB

@Eliodiro Aguilar Pace said the exact same thing about Glennon and Trubisky. Trubisky was supposed to sit the whole season behind Glennon. If Dalton is horrible why should Fields continue sitting if he’s better? Green Bay had hall of fame QB’s playing that’s why the rookie wasn’t playing.

As a 44+ old Bears fan I never thought they would have the guts to try again after botching the Mitch QB pick. I am on cloud 9, I honestly thought Id never see a franchise QB in my lifetime :). I am in Heaven.
Personally I think he can be good…if we get rid of Pace and Nagy. I don’t think we can trust them with another QB. Just my opinion, feel free to disagree.
