The Browns are SO lucky Jimmy stepped aside and let the smart person in the family (Dee) take over, which say a lot as Jimmy is no dummy either. Smart people all around, all the talent, here we go!
Browns are lucky Sashi Brown got himself fired by faxing the trade paperwork to Cinci 5 minutes too late after the trade deadline. Hue wanted AJ? We would have never gotten Baker. And Hue wanted to pay with the pick that we used for Nick Chubb. Imagine our horror if Chubb was a Bengal today! And if you guys remember, Hue traded all those picks to Cinci for Carson Palmer after the Browns injured Elvis on the Raiders. Clearly, Hue Jackson has always been a Bengals sympathizer. Hue did it to the Raiders and he almost cleaned out our draft capital doing again it to us, too!
You can definitely tell that Dee is the one with the sharper brains and business acumen, and Jimmy is finally following her lead.

Great job by the Haslems! A lot of fans talked 💩 about them and they have done an amazing job by not giving in and continuing to search for the right ppl to steer this ship. They are still paying coaches and GMs who have been gone. That comes out of their pockets.

I was one of those people. And I will gladly admit out loud that I was wrong, and I’m glad that I was proven wrong! I’m not sure what shift happened with the decision-making that led to this turnaround, I’m just grateful that it finally happened.
@Kellie A the answer is simple they needed to get the experience and it took a lot of trial to get right but I always felt that they had the passion to get things turned around.
@Josh Z Passion doesn’t always equate to the ability to select the right people for the job unfortunately. But I agree, I’m glad they didn’t give up and got it right this time! You can’t say it was for lack of trying, lol.

I’ll never forget the time I took my boys to see the Browns play and ended up on a flight next to Dee Haslam. After the flight
I walked with her to where her assistant was picking her up and she gave us 4 pregame on field passes. Amazing times….that was “Helmetgate!”
I loved the genuine chuckles from Dee & Jimmy when asked if they sleep better now with Berry, and Stefanski in charge.

I take back all the mean and hurtful things I’ve said about you two over the years. (Really not much, but anger and frustration.) Listening to them how happy they are is making me smile…. I know they made big mistakes and fired too many coaches and g.m’s but they really wanted to get it right… They might be old as far as age but they seem to have a new lease on life… Winning will make you feel young.
I like that they’re so down to earth, they give off a neighborly vibe. Keep it up Mr and Mrs Haslam you’ve done well with the team and a lot for the community.
