@Matt R Elway probably would’ve kept Wilkinson, Bouye, and Casey around and probably would’ve rendered Lindsay. Also probably would’ve already have traded for a QB like Darnold or Wentz by now

@Sr. Well he is in his first 4 months and so far has killed it in Free Agency by loading up the defense. He doesn’t “reach” for players out of desperation and doesn’t overpay, and so far appears to be patient and intelligent. I will admit that it’s too early to make long term predictions or prognostication about him, however I am liking how he snaps up good players, and am interested to see how he runs the draft. Based on a small sample of evidence, so far I am impressed and was willing to make that prediction. I appreciate your comment @Sr., and I agree with you, that I hope my statement is correct. We will see what happens next!# Broncos!
He just seems top notch. The way he solidified the secondary was amazing. Not one but two upgrades at corner and still was able to get Kareem Jackson to come back.
He said he wasn’t sure that drew will start week one, I wonder if that’s any hints or what…

It’s all smoke screens, nobody knows what’s going to happen. If a QB they love is available, then they’ll get one. If not, I’m good with running it back with drew.
It doesnt matter what QB u bring in, 100% guaranteed Pat Shurmur and his vanilla offense will kill that QB’s career

Broncos are in great hands with George Paton and I have nothing but confidence that whatever he does in this draft will lead to great things in the future. But it definitely would be nice if we got Fields or Lance lol.

@ETHAN GOODE I love both fields and lance. Fields is more pro ready, while lance would take more time to develop but has a massive upside.
Paton is very even keel and well respected in the NFL. I’m loving what he is doing and saying, definitely a good start. He drafted really well in Minnesota so I think that will continue in Denver. Remember, he was a scout so he has an eye for talent. How many pro-bowlers did he draft in Minnesota? I believe it was quite a bit, excited for this team.

I am so impressed by George Paton. I have complete confidence that he’ll make the right decisions next Thursday/Friday/Saturday.
It’s starting to feel like we got an upgrade at GM. I’m optimistic.
We better not trade up for a qb, don’t give up on lock only after 2 seasons of 2 different oc. He will develop. Like Paton said, “more darts you have more chances to hit the bullseye”
It’s crazy how many Bronco’s fans have short-term memory. 90%, including myself, wanted to draft Dwayne Haskins 🤦
After Lock got back from injury in 2020, he did *exactly* what I wanted him to do. Didn’t get reinjured, lost games and got us a top 10 pick. He’s a much better player than his stats, *needs* Sutton on the field, and to show that he’s learned from some mistakes.
@Ayden Xavier hopefully he learns pretty good bc he was a bottom 3 QB last season. His decision making was really bad.

The real problem is your OC Pat Shurmur..he killed Eli’s career, his plays are archaic, vanilla and suited for game managers.
When u have the talented weapons the Broncos have, u need to open up the playbook and play to Lock’s arm strength and throw it down the field.
How the hell Shurmur still has a job in this league is beyond me
