Look at the difference from Dorsey and AB.. everyone can learn alot to be humble with zero ego. Confidence is there but erasing your own ego you can work with others but still be the smartest guy in the room.
When I heard John Dorsey after year one started introducing himself as “Mr Dorsey” I knew the job went to his head. Smart guy who couldn’t get out of his own way because of his ego.
You still don’t see anyone wanting to hire him even though he helped build 2 super bowl quality teams.
Everyone can learn from what to do and not do in life from John Dorsey and Andrew Berry.
