I agree with Russell Wilson beeing a lock. He has been a top 5-3 QB ecery damn year, has never had a losing season and won a Super Bowl. While he doesn’t have a MVP many other HOFers don’t either and he is incredibly consistent. Lock for HOF

his playoff #’s also mad inflated, only averaged around 70 ypg. his stats come from all the deep runs NE had, he’s not a HOF

@Tyler Sok He didn’t. The NFL will not just put a person who never had a single 1,000-yard season and got all his rings carried by Brady. Also, was never close to a pro bowl or an all pro team.

Can’t agree more.
I can’t believe people were actually arguing Edelman should be in the HoF. Not once was he ever considered a Top 5 WR in the league in any year he played. He came up super clutch in some of the biggest moments for the Patriots, but overall, his career in the “Hall of Very Good” area. He deserves to be in Patriots’ HoF, but not the NFL HoF.

Edelman is a product of the (Patriots) system. He’ll be honored by New England at some point but, HOF is an overreach. He has a better shot joining Pete Rose as a member of the WWE/WWF HOF.

I believe if he would have kept playing he would have gotten in. If he stays retired then no.
He is definitely not a HOFer now. He didn’t win the SB or MVP. He also didn’t make an All-Pro.

Think about Richard Sherman for a second he might not be a hf if he retired rn but their should be a debate. He has constantly been one of the best corners in the league and is so hard to pass on.
