I like Jeff’s idea. If there is to be 17 games, make it 2 preseason games. The fans dont come out in large numbers for preseason games anyway so decrease in supply would likely increase value of those games. And for the sake of the players it makes sense. One game every other week in the preseason for four weeks would be ideal in my opinion.
