If this is the draft the NFL is giving us I don’t want it. I want Cleveland to look like Nashville in 2019, I’m sad this is the world we live in now where entry to things mean you have to be vaccinated I kinda hope things change so it don’t happen and maybe in 2023 we can have a normal draft.
Truth be told

I can see a package of our 1st, 3rd & 5th to move up a couple of spots in the 1st round for our target if we’re in striking distance but nothing too crazy.

@Tracy Funk definitely not jumping 10 spots for late round 3rd & 5th.
@Anthony Hobson and our 1st. Pittsburgh made a similar trade last year or the year before to move up about as much. I don’t remember the details. The point I was trying to make is that for that much draft capital we should do better than just a couple spots. Also, remember, that Pittsburgh is a couple spots in front of us. We are talking 1st rd, but late 1st rd. This is going to be a funny draft where anything can happen.
@Tracy Funk The 1st is a swap out. We already know that. No team is taking a late 3rd to move back 5 slots in 2021. Certainly not a late 3rd & 5th to move back 10 spots. It’s not realistic. Those Top 22 starting position draft slots are premium. Each 1 is Ranked #1 at position. Your gonna pay.

All due respect, bro can’t ride with you on the Njoku trade opine. What I think the Browns need to do is ” use ” the dude. I saw a few guys on the Browns drop passes last year and I saw Njoku catch a few. I saw ” big payday Hooper” drop some as well as the young rookie Bryant. Jarvis and Odell dropped some. Njoku is a talent. Maybe his complaining is because he doesn’t get used. Darren Fells looked good at Texas and didn’t look too bad with the Browns. But they hardly ever used him. Maybe there’s something else going on with him but I would like to see him play. His injury was from trying to make a play on a high throw that had danger written all over it. Just my opinion.
Before Baker, when was the last time the Browns had a QB who played all 16 games (this year an extra 2 games in the playoffs).
Baker hasn’t missed a game since he took over against the Jets in 2018. That’s like 45 straight games. When was the last time we had a qb play 45 in a row? That alone makes him our franchise qb.

We need to trade UP
Favorite Defensive players might be available as considered high chance off hitting with our first round pick. JOK,HORN,KWITTY PAYE. ALL 3 WILL BE GONE. Collins,Newsome and Baremore more likely available. Group off edge players that are talented with questions. I would sigh Clowney and draft best available day 1 starter. Moving up to maybe Miami pick at 20 if horn,Horn, or Paye available. I like staying at 26 take best available who falls like Farley,Horn,Jok or paye and instead move up high in second if player falls like Asante Samuel,Baremore,Newsome or Collins. Depending on who we get at 26.
BAREMORE higher chance hitting on than any edge after Kwitty Paye. So hope for Horn or Jok falling is fantasy. So Db and Edge still need if any theirs any. But top prospects will be gone. So a versatile defensive player there at 26 more likely like Collins bc Jok probably gone. Baremore will be their but won’t be day 1 starter. We’re built for future with youth but window to win super bowl best for 2021 and 22. But 2022 offense tougher to keep same players. Window for 2021 looking like we should continue being aggressive trying to get another starter. With being in AFC NORTH and our 2021 schedule we have to try to get 2 more starters. DB on outside and Edge looks like need but draft looking tough at getting starter at Edge. So I think corner less likely there other than Newsome. Horn will go before 20th pick. Take to much to move up far enough get Horn. So if Browns feel Newsome can compete for #2 Corner outside. If not draft Collins get Corner or best Edge. We need EDGE to compete for #2edge and #2 DB. Hope to get those 2 in FA still. If we get Clowney and get Our #2 or#3Db at 26. Grab edge later like Perkins.
Want Horn bad in first. Jok is my second. Both will be gone. I’m not rolling dice on the Edge in first this year. But edge is more deep in middle off pack. After Horn Newsome possible but early second the value. If we take best available than Corner EDGE in second. Best at 26 move way up in second. We have amo to move around to grab to starters or high rotation guys.
I’m gonna have to look up this Jason Johnson guy we drafted I never heard of him……
I had a hard time enjoying Browns football after 95 I was only 25 and had moved to Nevada in 1990 I went home to visit my mom in November she had pre planned so I was at the 11/19/95
