I hope so. He has the speed and the hands, but he needs to learn how to run routes and also lift some iron to put some muscle on him. I seen him get rag dolled and man handled a few times .

ik as a raiders fan and i watched all games ruggs played and some drives that ended in field goals rugg was open for the big play
The offense does what they can to involve him, but he really needs to improve on his route running and making people miss
I hated we just used him for end rounds and a little bit of deep passes. We could use him for a whole lot more
The raiders need to get Ruggs more involved gruden needs to be a better coach and we need a better defense and better defense coach and a better qb or just teach care how to play

Carr sucks ! Everyone talks about when we went to the playoffs but really that season the offense did a great job , K.O and Donald Penn , we really had something going … with Mack and team until Gruden came in and destroyed everything his way .. lol
