This guy’s got that charismatic, confident, and no-bullshit attitude that I like a lot. He might not have been every fan’s top choice, but I’m glad we picked him, that’s for damn sure. Let GM Holmes have a chance to handle the analytics, and give Coach Campbell a chance to lead next year’s group of men. Very excited as a fan of this team. I like the philosophy of working with what you have…especially when you don’t have a winning culture. The whole “system” idea is bound to make some players look worse than they are. It leads to too much player turnover when the system fails.

Sounds like holmes and him are very much on the same page based off the press conference and i know he’s got alot of emotion towards making this team winners as well from that. I don’t necessarily have hope but i feel like this is “the dude” that finally does it for us. Honestly a good draft away from post season imo. Injuries derail us every year so i pray we get a good strength coach

He’s made more of a connection to this fanbase than Patricia ever could’ve even if we won 11 games.
One thing people like Matt Patricia never realize, is that when they talk to the media, they are talking with the fans. Even Caldwell became guilty of it. There are a lot of things Patricia was guilty of, but that was the one that made me hate the guy. Honestly after his first season, and those allegations came out, I was hoping they would fire him and get Dan. I haven’t been this excited about this team since 2014.
