Don’t care hire saleh
Arron Glenn would not be a good choice he is a longshot i can see him as a coach in 2 or 3 years and author Smith is solid sometimes questionable play calls Saleh and daboll are far ahead in terms of being ready to lead

Anyone can be great with proper guidance and support. I’m pretty sure neither of these would happen but my vote would be with Glenn

There are 8 teams left fighting for the Super Bowl. You know what 7 of them have in common?? Offensive mind HC’S. That’s where the league is headed. Saleh fits better somewhere with an established QB. The Jets will have a developing QB whether Sam or someone else can’t risk hiring new OC’S every other year and ruining the development of your franchise QB
