He’s consistent. That’s what you see in places like Baltimore, Pittsburgh, New England. The culture is the only thing that’s going to get this thing turned around and it starts and ends there. Keeping your players bought in, competing and playing at the highest level regardless of circumstances or record is something we’ve never been accustomed too.
@Andre _X He’s consistent at his GM speak and not showing anything for it lol. This is the same man who fielded the worst roster in the league with a bunch of cap on hand and said ‘we’re excited about the playmakers we have and we’re ready to compete for the playoffs’. There’s nothing to buy into with the Jets right now. He drafted a QB in the 4th round and never even activated him.
I truly believe in this guys. I’m dead serious.

@Johnny Jets how sure are you? Mims can catch really well and is fast but has stone feet and can’t beat press.. we traded back to pass on laviska shenault and chase claypool for mims. That’s a very costly move. Nobody’s perfect and his job is very difficult I’m just hoping to god it was somehow gases fault
Good draft except the QB James Morgan in the 4th round. Could’ve got him in the seventh.

@Tay-K It Home that’s a good draft. What teams do you know that hits on that many in one draft? Especially the Jets who have been known to miss on all their draft picks or maybe get one out of 10 picks. You know what I’m saying? I remember one year the Jets had 11 pics and they were all bust. I believe it was like the third year with Rex Ryan. This is where I’m coming from as a Jets fan who’s use to having bad draft season.
In JD we trust, I really like the guy and think he can definitely make this team succeed
