You can tell how much Harbaugh cares about the players and the character of this organization. Proud to be a Ravens fan.
Even when his job was being threatened in 2018, he still kept us together with that family mentality.
When early Thomas got cut for his actions it really shows you this is a first class organization

The players on offense must score points against the Titans using ball control rushing attack. Gus, Dobbins, Lamar and Ingram must dominate. Overplaying by using a passing attack before dominating the time consumption of each quarter with the running game. That lesson should have been learned last season playoff time…
