carr is done, hes had plenty of time, and dont give me that ” hes had no weapons” blah blah blah. He had a good oline most of the of the season and playmakers. ✌🇺🇸
I like derek but he rather hang on to the ball too long and throws it away rather than scramble for a 2 or 3 yard gain. Especially on 2nd down which could turn a 3rd and 10 into a 3 and 7 or a 3rd and 7 into a 3rd and 4. Im not saying Mariota is better but at least let him start this week to see what he can do with a full week of practice as the number 1. Carr would rather play hurt and hurt the team than to see Marcus get a chance to succeed and possibly take his job(which is understandable). So it falls on Gruden.

@Russ Rod Williams is due I believe 11 million next season… I believe Harris and Joyner will be sacrificed or given a chance to compete based on evaluation from the new DC… I believe Littleton deserves another shot, I feel his challenges on defense were due to defensive scheme inefficiency…

@Russ Rod those would be extremely risky moves that could backfire and dismantle any positive work that has been accomplished… DC will stay at least until contract time unless next season is a total dumpster fire… He understands Grudens offensive very well… Uncertain about Ferrell this was his sophomore year so he gets another chance, maybe… I’m looking forward to hearing Mayock’s assessment at the end of the season, he’s been watching and taking copious notes… I’m certain he and Jon will earnestly make the proper corrects… Covid was a huge adjustment, we as fans don’t know the level of impact it had…

Been through a lot as a Raider Fan….moving to L.A., losing Bo, trading of Marcus Allen, drafting of JaMarcus Russell, losing season streak from 2002~2015, moving to Las Vegas….through all that I am still and will always be Raider Fan 4 Life. With that being said, I think we as a fan base are too impatient at times and have a win now mentality. We forget it take more than just talent to succeed in this game. It also takes football IQ. With having one of the youngest starting line ups…I see tremendous potential. But Gruden and other coaches have to get more innovative as well.

Thanks to COVID. It’s been a frustrating year hope it gets better and no getting rid of Gruden & Carr won’t solve it we need them both but Gruden needs to hire a better Oc & DC, we need both Carr & Mariota use them both like Saints do with Brees/Hill re sign Agholor, Good & Booker, finally make that Defense great again after years of trying to fix it.
