@Noel Arzate you don’t have to be a parent to motivate players. Obviously you’ve never played sports or had any good coaches. A good coach brings out the best in his players. And a good coach is just like a parent in a lot of ways.

He’s not giving up play calling even though his goal line play calling 2 weeks in a row cost us we need not only a DC but revamped defense release Joyner,Harris go after a safety and veteran db and make a play for a pass rusher because we still haven’t replaced Macks pass rushing and play making abilities….

We need a complete over haul of the defense, a new DC that can coach and teach scheme and how to tackle, and an OC that can take play calling duties away from Gruden. Have Gruden lead the group but give autonomy to his coordinators to lead their respective sides of the ball.
Yeah its time to get with the times. He’s trying to do too much and its killing the team. This old school method aint cutting it no more.
THE RAIDERS OFFENCE AND THE QUARTERBACK ARE GOOD….THE DEFENSE SUCKS FOR THE PAST 18 YEARS….ANY TEAM ALWAYS SCORES SO MANY POINTS WHEN THEY FACE THE RAIDERS…THE OFFENSE SCORES 20 POINTS, BUT THE DEFENSE ALWAYS A GUARANTEE GIVES 20 POINTS….RAIDERS DEFENSE COMPLETELY HORRIBLE !!

Dolphins are a trash team. Easiest remaining schedule in football with the last 5 games lol…..Raiders problems are on the coaching staff they all suck. Its all bullshit. Old school football don’t work. Gardens Play calling is the most readable in the NFL. Another 7 years of losing.

Does matter who get back week, Gruden will find a way to lose this game against the Broncos. With Carr at red zone he panics so bad we can not score a T.D. and Gruden choking we never get into payoffs.
Offense is good we just need a defense! If we had even a middle of the pack defense we would be winning a bunch of games. I’m surprised we have won 7 with one of the worst defenses in the league
