A great defensive coordinator who is a weak head coach. And our offensive coordinator is a weak play caller. And a special teams coach doesn’t seem to be much of a teacher. Then there’s the ownership problem and stagnation in the front office.
And none of those problems have anything to do with the players on the field.

Here we go were at it again. I like Coach. I like the players our Defense is excelente. But this is pathetic. Im a life long Bronco fan and will be forever. Looks to me like weak leadership. I was a fan before Elway and before Von Miller. I have never thought we would be the Detroit Lions.
Unfortunately there is no easy answer because changing coach, OC and QB every 1-2 years will just make us the Browns.

Yep and there’s a possibility we go out and get Matt Stafford to complete the transition into becoming the Lions.

Honestly I think Fangio is an above average coach. Everyone knew he would only command the defense and rely on an OC to make offensive play calls. With all the injuries he has had to deal with, leading the broncos to a top ten defense (arguably) is pretty amazing. He is a no excuses coach (which again was known before he got the HC gig) and is calling out guys who aren’t making plays, as he should. He clearly cares about the team, give the offense some patience to find their identity.
Dude this is so true like for real he’s a really good defensive coach he’s doing what all he can like our injuries are so bad and he can only do so much I mean look we competed with the chiefs a couples weeks ago but our offense needs to get better not doubt
Why does this team start to play in the 4th quarter and continue to play lackluster in the first 3 quarters?

Love Fangio as our coach. He’s a tough, detail oriented, no nonsense guy who’s a great teacher and motivator, and the best defensive mind in football. His toughness is reflected in this team’s resilience.
He cant motivate his team . Cant motivate the offense ,special teams . Defense,etc … The man excepts mediocrity week after week Elway Should of sent him down the road but mediocrity is becoming the norm in denver . Wheres that
