@Mohammad Abuali What makes you think that when we’ve had injuries like we’ve had and Terrible QB play this season that’s not on him. With a QB running his plays he wins.
@Aquil Trent hear me out. If Doug is a great head coach then why Carson doesn’t fit his system. A great head coach would make the qb feel comfortable with the system and also they will be thriving
@Mohammad Abuali exactly if he’s a good coach he would find the right fit for the QB and attach those offensive plays that fit with him and very fast the coach is supposed to figure that out after just a couple of weeks! If it keeps not working then the coach needs yo figure out if the offensive plays were stopped because of player’s mistakes, good defensive plays or both! Those plays he keeps because he should know is not that the plays aren’t good is because something else 🙌🏽💪🏽

He’s not defending the players actually doing stuff, he defends the veterans and drafted players even when they’re injured and play terrible
@davinder chahal I fell like it’s more demerit to what mailata has achieved fist of whisch is being healthy. “He’s earned the right to compete for the starting role”? Isn’t that a given? Wasn’t he competing before? Also the gameplan comment isn’t defending it’s being a smartass but not being smart

I need to see more to determine if Doug is there problem or if it’s just Wentz’s but so far the marriage between Carson and Doug is over with Doug having benefit of the doubt so far

I just can’t anymore with Doug as a coach, if someone shows promise right away like fulgham earlier in the year or hurts now, or when people were calling for Pryor to get more looks or with Mailata holding up and Dillard looking like doo doo, Doug refuses to give praise to anyone who either isn’t a first round pick or has been given a big contract. He said Alshon is playing better right now and that’s why fulgham isn’t getting as many looks or snaps. Alshon since he’s been back and healthy for once has made like 1 catch (granted it was a TD catch last game), but for the most part he’s being flagged for OPI, because he can’t create separation anymore, because he’s getting TOO OLD, how is that playing better? Doesn’t this team need to get YOUNGER? Fulgham seems like a baby alshon to me with amazing hands and look at Fulghams last couple games where they said he was starting to drop passes and look at the accuracy of the balls thrown to him and see how much of it was his fault. Over-throwing and throwing too wide on out-routes were just a few of the reasons Wentz got replaced.

1:53 I understand that they have to give Andre Dillard a chance to compete for the job, but I wholeheartedly believe that Mailata is ALREADY the better LT, and he’s still getting better. Plus, he can switch to RT and still play at a serviceable level.
How can anyone say “we need a new head coach” right now? I can’t agree with that argument.
Ignoring the fact that we’ve had arguably more injury adversity on this team than any other team over the last 3 years, yet still made the playoffs 3 years in a row (with a SB win). Guys, we just beat the No.1 ranked defense in the league, and the No.1 team in the NFC East, with a rookie QB under center. Doug clearly hasn’t lost the locker room. Why would you want to change that??
Just imagine all the close games we lost this season if we had Hurts in instead of Carson “I hold on to the ball too long, take unnecessary sacks, throw boneheaded INTs, lack pocket awareness, and fumble the ball far too often” Wentz…
I’ll put it another way: I don’t believe Doug is the issue with this team. I believe it’s the lack of talent at WR (Howie Roseman’s fault), injuries, and Carson Wentz singlehandedly wrecking games. In fact, I question if those “dumb play calls” we’ve seen from Doug throughout this year were truly dumb calls or just Wentz’ inability to properly execute his assignment.

This is unwatchable. Doug is so negative and stand offish, and none of the questions are positive.
