All qb’s throw short and let their weapons run after the catch. Aaron Rodgers, Pat Mahomes, Josh Allen, they all do. No qb n the NFL could do well with this offense. BB knows this. That’s why Newton is still the starter. Newton will be the qb in NE next year. If NE are .500 with this talent, imagine if you give Newton TE’s, WR’s and the opt outs return. as a pats fan i feel as if it’s both cam and belichecks fault. cam runs to much and bill doesn’t always pick the best plays. half of the time especially at the goal line cam just dives and he scrambles so much that you know when he’s running with it. they need to give stidham a chance. gorappalo (not sure in how to spell his last name) was a back up but got a chance and then went to play qb for the 49rs. I always say that they may not be the best but they were good enough to make the nfl and that’s on the team not practice squad. what i’m saying is they need to be more smarter w play calls and give an opportunity to jarret.

I’m a former Panthers fan. I believe Cam hasn’t seen his greatest days. Don’t measure him by the 2020 Season. My suggestion is to let Cam opt out due to Covid, so he won’t be unduly critiqued by the press. Give Stud a chance to play, so the team knows who to keep in the QB stable.
