I think he will. His freshman year of college things fell apart; got blown out in his first full start and only had 2 conference wins, and the entire coaching staff was fired. But he was mature beyond his years and always stayed positive.

Maybe because of how bad a job lynn has done at creating a stable o line, it all falls back on his poor decisions as a head coach. The roster is devoid of talent, there’s no deep, and that’s on Telesco. Oh, but he brought a few names to the team. Every team has few names, but not all teams are like this clown circus. This is Telesco’s doing.

@aGUY Flucker, Teo, Verrett, Gordon, Lamp, Feeney, Tevi, Pipkins, Attachou… So? He is not any better than any other GM drafting (Bosa was a 3rd overall pick after 2 QBs. You can’t fail when you have the whole draft class available to you. Herbert? He didn’t do a thing to go after Herbert, the Chargers needed a QB and he felt on their lap and was “a backup for a reason”. James? He felt on the draft cause he was injury-prone and a risk. So far, other GMs were right. He is getting pretty close to a bust with all the time he misses. Go and look for all the players that didn’t pan out in 7 years. A few names are not a good resume.) Even if you make the case that he is “decent” drafting (he is not), he is pretty bad at getting quality free agents and drafting players needed for deep, so putting together a complete roster. And he failed miserably in the most important part of his job: getting good, experienced coaches. Many GMs can draft as well and way better than Telesco, but few GMs can be as bad or worst than him in every other aspect. So yes, Telesco is a bum and his losing record proves it.
