Exactly right bro, too many times Russ just casually brushes off a loss or mistake instead of looking back and realizing that it’s on him. Trusting the process and all that philosophical talk has gotten us from 5-0 to 3-4 since the bye and majority of the blame in those losses is on him. He’s letting the team down and also putting too much pressure on the offensive line to block for 8 seconds every play, and defense having to constantly be on the field when he continuously plays poorly.

@BenYamin Ben-David I agree with you guys, but Russ in another video about this game said it starts with him. And Pete said you can’t let it bog you down. It would be a mistake to think they are not taking this seriously. They are, after all, professionals.

@How Much For A Gram Yeah I agree, I’ve seen Russ say it’s on him but as of late it doesn’t ever really seem like he really internalizes that. Not to say I don’t believe in him or anything but since the bye week, I’ve seen him say a lot of things about “it starts with me”, and neutral mindsets and philosophies and all that and at the end of the day we’re 3-4 since the bye and Russ’s “it starts with me” hasn’t changed anything as far as the actions on the field. The offense is still heavily underperforming. I get what you mean though in what you’re saying. To me though even if he is taking the losses seriously, he just not executing and really working to result proven solutions. No real execution there

@How Much For A Gram and yeah I saw what Pete said too. He’s right about that but at the same time if you don’t really see the losses for what they are you’ll never really learn the lesson and that seems like what it’s been for Russ and the offense. Each of our losses have come in similar fashions as far as how the offense has struggled and Russ turning the ball over, holding the ball too long and not delivering. It’s not that I don’t think they are not taking this seriously, I think they do see the losses and deficiencies as serious problems, I just also think that Russ isn’t being serious in solutions and fixing his play. It’s been 3 or 4 times now that he’s come out and said the same thing about their losses and his play, and each time it’s the same results. The same narrative is being written.I get of course that you’re not going to win or your look your best in every game but as the leader of the team when you come and say the same thing each week about the mistakes and bad play that in large part are your fault, and then the next week there’s no improvement and you come back and then say the same thing again, there’s no progress shown. Actually there’s just been regression. I really do hope though that they are taking the offensive problems and finding a real solution seriously because this team is too talented not to go deep in the playoffs this year
