Watching that play, I saw Mitch go for the wind up to throw and he got him in that moment. Count the play, it took 3 seconds he made a decision. Wasn’t great but that loss was on the D and the O-line. Leno’s holding call the play series prior to the fumble was a killer and then Robinson’s stepping out of bounds was damming.
Agree to disagree. It’s not just a fumble in the 1st, 2nd or even 3rd quarter; it’s late in the 4th, with a small lead and bad field position. If a 4th year QB can’t recognize that, he’s hopeless -which is exactly what he is.
@Ernesto Gasulla call it what it is but one turnover didn’t lose this game. Stafford threw a pick and still won it. I’ll respect your opinion but I watched that play 3 times and Ifedi literally got beat so fast I only had time to say 2 Missing before the D-lineman was on Mitch. Even then, he still was going to throw and likely had someone to hit. Nagy, Pagano, the O-line and the D blew this game with some help from A-Rob.

@DAMO LowEND or NoEND I don’t know what the call was but Mitch wasn’t the sole reason for the L, Ifedi got beat so fast. Ifedi even messed up the final play where DM got stopped. If you told me Mitch would help put up 30 points and still lose with one turnover, I wouldn’t have believed you. Mitch didn’t win but he did enough to win. Defense got abused all game.
