Let’s go!!!!!!!

Daniel Fejtek

I like how Ben takes blame for bad throws. Those drops weren’t on him. Glad for the W but still not convinced

    Jayden

    Bud has torn his ACL😤

    Jacob Gonzalez

He has way too many bad throws today. He throws bullets and behind the guy when the guy is 2 yards away from him

    DuskThunder9

@Jacob Gonzalez yeah but a lot of throws where catchable like come on

    douglas williams

Offence Bad,play CALLING needs Inprove,no RUNNING Game. I DON’T SEE WINNING NEXT 3 GAMES.

    DuskThunder9

@douglas williams u wanna bet some money on that yinzer?

King ban

We need to clean some things up

Matt Edwards

Respect Ben taking the blame but it won’t his fault diontae and ebron dropped half their targets it seemed

    jw1

Dionte is so frustrating. He’s so talented but he has to stop running with the ball before he catches it.

    Byron Richards

@jw1 Exactly!!! Way too many drops far too often. I would like to see them running the ball more & have more commitment to running it.

    jw1

@Byron Richards It’s very difficult to commit to the run if you aren’t having success. If you run on 1st down and get 1 yd you’re in 2nd and 9 and almost have to pass to avoid 3rd and long. I’m getting more fed up with the 3 yd slant patterns on 3rd and 12 that always result in punts. We have 4 WR’s that can challenge teams vertically and we always want to throw short passes. I know it’s keeping Ben healthy but damn.

Bill Sultzbach

11-0 baby! Another ugly win! Keyword win! Onto the Washington football team! Next!

DuskThunder9

maybe sit Conner next week and play AM? He looked good at RB need to give him more reps

    G. Setchky

    snell*

    DuskThunder9

@G. Setchky no Conner I’m meant to say maybe give Snell Conners play time

    DavidEric1414

    Snell is very subpar

    G. Setchky

Yeah maybe trade James and a first for saquon

    DuskThunder9

    @DavidEric1414 or Anthony McFarland

Batgirl P

Two dropped TD passes. KC is good, the Steelers have tighten up!

M F

James Washington is showing some flashes of Nate Washington.

    Shane Adams

James Washington is a unique talent among this group, and compared to past groups. He’s got the build and toughness of a bulldog but he’s fleet-footed and fast. I hope they can work him in more in coming weeks. I’ve always rooted for the guy and he’s shown repeatedly he’s more than capable when called upon. I fear Juju is gone after this year and if that happens, it’s gonna be James that takes over that tougher role.

    Kevin Jones

@Shane Adams Great post. He seems to have sort of reinvented himself as a receiver. At OKSt, he was really a deep threat kind of guy. Like you, I hope he continues to get the opportunities to shine.

Nathan Friedel

The red zone play calling in my opinion was horrible two screens back to back is not very good play calling

Heather Rose 🌹

I’m so sad about Bud this doesn’t even feel like a win 😞

    2SS/RS

I feel the same way so glad I’m not alone

    Jimmy Baker

We got it though my steelers nation teammate!!

    Eli Younan

It was nice having the best pass rushing duo in the nfl for a bit. Next man up!

    jw1

Highsmith will fill in just fine.

    James Gingrich

    I agree with you Heather

Dan Ross

Coach T. spot on. Junior varsity play all 3 phases. Coaches and players. Tighten it up and move fwd to play to win next game vs Washington.

mcv cadi

Hope they start washington.johnson is dropping to many passes.

    jw1

You don’t put a player of Johnson’s caliber on the bench

    mcv cadi

    @jw1 please.totally illogical.

    jw1

@mcv cadi LOL. I’m illogical? You want to bench our most talented offensive player and I’m illogical? Yes the drops are frustrating but the guy has to be in the game.

    mcv cadi

    @jw1 most talented?.not yer he’s not.

Mike Gike

Typical leader. Take blame on himself. Glad they are PISSED. Whatever it takes to motovate. I feel for Washington, they will feel the frustration next Monday.

    Kevin Jones

Wouldn’t it be great if a quality opponent could “feel the frustration?”

Jebadaiah1

I dunno how big ben can be more accurate those passes hit them right in the hands.

    Lucas Aguiar

Minor adjustments. He’s saying this to not throw their teammates under the bus

robert wannamaker

Love Tomlin’s press conference! Great coach.

    James Brasco

    Cheerleader

    jw1

    @James Brasco Troll

Richard Seeley

Gotta respect Ben he’s completely reinvented himself as a person and QB

Stanton Smith

Its great ben took the blame but he played GREAT…….Johnson and Ebron were the ones dropped the passes…….I dont care what the stats say ben is the best QB in the NFL…………that throw to Washington was AMAZING but the announcers said it was a “floater and could have been picked and lucky to be caught”…………….If Patrick Mahomes Tom Brady or Russell Willson threw that it would have been “The greatest play of all time or impossible throw” bens so underrated…..SMH

frank Reynolds

8:55 Humility at its best but it was all Steelers not playing as good as they could

Tanner Boyle

Ben is a true leader. Taken the blame for passes that were dropped. I love hearing him talk like that

Kevin Jones

Here we go again. So yeah, he takes the blame overall, because that’s what he knows he’s supposed to do, but he’s not asked specifically about poorly thrown balls that had more of an impact on the game than dropped passes. Reading through these comments, same as all through his career, fans don’t hold him accountable, either.

He had at least four balls that he threw short or behind receivers when there was no one between the receiver and the end zone, and a badly missed read to a wide open Derek Watt for a TD. Receivers dropped passes, but Ben served up his share of horrible passes. Call it like it is.
