I love that headline! We havent had a culture in decades lol. Establish our own is the best thing he could’ve said!! Im not saying we’re super bowl bound but I believe we FINALLY have the right pieces in the right places. I love our gm and new coaches! We have the talent so just wanna see improvement. And thats what ive seen from week to week. This has been a crazy year for all the teams with this pandemic. So IDC who u play or beat. Getting a win from week to week is the only goal. Look at Pitt. More then half their games were close or come from behind. A win is a win this year. Take that and build for next year with the same coaches and personal. I wanted him last year instead of Kitchens. However, I am glad he got an extra year of experience as a coordinator under his belt. I’m sure the experience really has helped him this year.

To be honest, the Browns “culture” seemed to have started with John Dorsey and Berry was smart enough not to try to reinvent the wheel. He’s done a very good job of getting good people on both the coaching side and the players side.

We are in for a tough week ahead, our secondary and linebackers do not match well against their big play receivers and Derrick Henry….that being said if we go out and control possession and wear down their defence I think we got a shot. Let’s go Browns 👍
