McSorley has potential but I don’t think he’ll be the guy in Baltimore with Lamar and all that. A team like New England who needs a qb would be a huge fit, if they build around him, who knows, maybe he’ll be the next Brady. Anything can happen.

No, it is not “pretty dumb.” It is justified. The rules should apply to all players. Period.
So, in your head it makes sense for two athletes playing the same sport to have different rules of engagement.
In my head, it doesn’t make sense. It just a difference of opinions.

@Franc Mittelo the rules protecting the QBs have gotten ridiculous the last few years but there have always been different rules of engagement for QBs, just like there are for kickers, punters, and punt returners because those positions when they’re throwing, kicking, or receiving are especially vulnerable to serious injury. They do the same thing for receivers now, do you hate them too lol

Considering he was playing against the best team in the NFL and coming off the bench he did pretty good. He played better against the Steelers than Wentz did against scrub teams with far less reps.
@Calvin Milligan and his fear was not unfounded, Shanahan always liked cousins better because he was not a “superstar” type and was a cog in the machine, which couldn’t be said about RG3. Part of RG3’s demand to become a pocket passer was not only to avoid injury but also to make him into a more stock qb because of perceived bias against mobile qbs. RG3’s team believed that if he had been a pocket passer to start, Washington would never have drafted Kirk cousins in the same draft

@Frantz Lenin The Ravens defense (which is one of the best in the league) was almost entirely intact for this game. The Steelers offense should have played a lot better than it did, but it’s not as if they were going to score 30 points in this game. The Ravens only scores came off of a fumble on a punt, and off of Terrell Edmunds making a bad decision and trying to intercept a pass instead of trying to break it up. In all, the Steelers scored enough to win the game against a very good Ravens defense, and the only Ravens points came off of Steelers mistakes. It was ugly as hell, but it’s a win. It’s not like the Chiefs or any other of the top teams in the AFC haven’t struggled against or lost to teams that they should have beaten easily.
@Darius the Ravens defense was missing 2 LBs and 4 D-lineman a few of which are all-pros, and I believe their nickel was some 38 year old guy off the street, plus holding their offense to 2 touchdowns isn’t an accomplishment when they were missing their QB, both RBs, their two top pass catchers in WR and TE, and two offensive linemen, y’all struggled against a glorified practice squad, you looked terrible. The only team to beat the Chiefs in over a year had to put up 40 to do it, you guys don’t look capable of doing anything like that. The chiefs have never looked as bad as you guys looked yesterday, even in their one loss.

@Zaayan Hasan He’s talking about the fact that Ravens-Steelers games are ALWAYS close games. It’s so rare that either team wins by more than one possession that when it does happen, it seems like a blowout. Not that the Steelers won by more than one possession.
