Our offense needs work
Fitzpatrick, 257 and 2 TD’s. Blame the Offensive line, and the guys who fumbled the ball.

I feel like our receivers are fine we just need to utilize them differently for example I think gesicki could be a household name this year but I feel like we barely throw to him enough
@zack carper I feel like Chan Gailey needs to bet out of here this offseason, Tua needs to improve on decision making and a receiver wouldn’t hurt in the first round. Our receivers cant get open and adding another receiver will help tua greatly.
@Sebastian Joseph i agree I feel like Gailey just isn’t bringing to the table what all the other coaches are and I think once tua gets a little more confidence in our receivers that will make a big difference too
@zack carper I agree, but we definitely need more separation from our receivers, as well as the O-line, with some more experience has to play better.
Offense needs to continue to grind and improve. Defense needs to stop the run.
Need more separation from receivers. We have speed in grant, but he is too small. Need a starting running back. Defense can’t stop right side runs. It’s our biggest weakness. The right side rush=success for other team.

When U listen 2 this coach, U R confident that this team is on its way up & UR confident that they’re going 2 get where they R trying 2 go! U also know when he says 1 day & game at a time he means just that and he’s not trying to B evasive by avoiding answering certain questions. He’s real and being honest an if U listen 2 the players they R singing da same song and it’s not because they R being told what 2 say! They R well coached, practice hard & totally prepared to play every Sunday. We don’t even have 2 ask any questions about playoffs! U already no Flows answer!

I really appreciate that Flo takes his time with each question, and really thinks about his answer before responding. A lot of coaches just start talking right away without knowing what they want to really say and accomplish. Flo is the coach of the year in my books!! Fins up!
