Lamar’s a super young Qb trying to carry a mid to low tier oline, horrible wrs, and a uninspired shrunken playbook, with horrific in game decisions and lack of adjustments. Greg Roman is terrible, he’s never developed a passing QB, we need someone calling play who can actually improve Lamar
Its been horrible since 2008 when promoted Harbaugh over Rex Ryan… Rex Ryan would have won a couple rings with Ravens team if he inherited it not Harbaugh in 2008. Harbaugh success was built on great players like Ngata, Reed, Lewis and stellar running backs. Post 2012 Harbaugh has shown how uncreative he is and how he still relates on talented players, I mean without Jackson the ravens could barely muster a winning season and had to trade the 120 million dollar overpaid QB whose salary nearly ruined a already fading team.

Before 2012 it was Ray Lewis’s team. After that, Harbaugh took over and that’s what you end up with. Ray would NEVER let that bs happens before the game. It was NOT irrelevant, as Harbaugh said.

Dam that was deep. But this team doesn’t seem to have the same fire they had last year.
Just some dumb fan here but last year we ran the ball with the 3 tight end set and won 14 in a row. No team had an answer for this! We trade Hurst and got rid of our identity. Now our offense sucks? That was our identity and we got rid of it? Now Roman has promise a new identity????? Anyone see the issue or am I dumb???????
