They do the same thing during the London games each year if you watch those. They will have the monitors giving the definition of what a punt is, what fouls are, what 4th down means etc.

How about where that same announcer explained what “offsides” means. I’ve been waiting 50 years for someone to clear that up.

I turned this on and all at once my 5 year old and 7 year old actually sat down on my living room floor and watched the entire game. Including commercials. They have NEVER done that for a football game before. So it gave me a few hours to myself.
Great that they let the commentators out of sixth grade home room for the game

Really like what the NFL and Nickelodeon is doing here teaching a new generation of kids about professional football! Wish I had this as a kid in the 90s after watching Ren and Stimpy!
This broadcast is better than the one I watched. Graphics on the stats and info the fans really care about 😄
I chose to watch this broadcast as a joke but it was actually surprisingly solid
