@uptownla5o4 If Kamara is injured and he is not used as much as Christian then you can imagine how much worse he would be getting all those touches. CMC is crazy durable.

i dunnno man, CMC actually had 1000 and 1000. saquon came in as rookie, a power runner that also received 700 yards from the corpse of Eli. Zekes been tops in rushing yards year after year and even had 500 + yards receiving one year.

John Drehmann Jr honestly man we should just agree to disagree. I don’t understand how you can sit there and say all that. His stats look the same because the saints were in more shootouts then they were the year prior. That’s why kamara had around the same number of Carries and yards he did in 2018. You’re thinking too close minded. When you play in shootout type games, the offense is obviously going to be on the field a lot more so there will be more opportunities. Yes, he should have probably done more because he had those opportunities in high scoring games, however you can’t just glance over the fact that kamara was severely injured the entire season or at least from week 3 or 4 all the way to the end. A running back on one leg is like trying to ride a bike with one peddle. You’re not gonna be successful with either scenario. Clearly like you said, the media praises him because they know what he can do. I don’t see how that’s a negative or some sort of knock that somehow the experts no nothing and that makes him overrated. Do you say the same thing about Kenyan Drake? Because the media love Kenyan Drake like he’s the next coming but kamara had better numbers in terms of yards created per attempt. Kamara ranked as one of the top and Drake was at the bottom. But somehow you think kamara is overrated for some reason. I guess he can do nothing to prove to you that he’s a legit top three running back in football. If scoring double digit TDs in two straight seasons with injuries involved means that he’s somehow overrated then I guess you’re just delusional. But since he’s back to one hundred percent and feeing good about a season that will involve a lot of shootouts in the NFC South, don’t be surprised if he finishes inside the top 3-5 running backs.

@Cole Kelly to be fair, I do think the same about Kenyan Drake. A lot of players that don’t do much get songs written about them. It’s weird. I don’t know. I guess I just look across the board, and see other backs that I consider better. I see what he does, and I see other backs do it better. I see other backs have better seasons, and yet he still gets accolades over them. I don’t know. Agreeing to disagree is probably the best we’re gonna get

But he got a pro bowl spot over Aaron jones he wasn’t even on the same level as jones this season

@Matt Kuhnke to be fair, even though he didn’t make the pro bowl he is going to be a higher number than Kamara. Probably in the top 20. Also, I have a feeling that the reason Kamara made it was he probably had a higher fan vote than Jones.
