I’m honestly glad he got this high, he’s been one of the most underrated backs in this league for a while and he’s finally getting the recognition he deserves
Diego Perez Chubb was better this season is my point
Diego Perez He was sharing touches the previous two years of thanks to McCarthy and didn’t even play a full season till now, both those years his YPC was 5.5. He had 12 rushing TD’s combined the previous two years which i’ll admit looks mediocre to the stats he just put up but that’s because they didn’t start using him in many goal line situations till this year. I’m saying he was underrated because even in a split RB committee, he was still putting up good numbers and he finally got to prove his potential this season.

@Sean Keogh Correct. Just saying Rodgers has had plenty of talent around him. Lacy was OROY. Jordy was top 5 in his prime. Driver and Jennings were both outstanding WRs. Jermichael Finley was a freak of nature. Adams is top 5 WR right now. Aaron Jones just led the NFL in TDs. And the Packers have had ELITE offensive lines especially in pass pro.

People gonna be heated about him being above Chubb, but ya’ll gotta realize he was arguably the MVP of a 13-3 conference championship team. Plus I would take 1500 scrimmage yards and 19 tds over 1800 scrimmage yards and 8 tds any day of the week.
you gotta understand the situations though. A LOT of his tds came from within the red zone that any back could’ve scored. Look beyond the stats.

@art I have looked beyond the stats and I like what I see out of Jones better. I would give Chubb a slight edge in actually rushing the ball but Jones’ versatility makes him a more valuable player in my eyes. The Packers won a good handful of games this season from Jones being clutch in the passing game.

in 2018 it was a bad season bad season and missed the playoffs until Rookie Coach Matt Lafaur and Aaron Jones turnaround in 2019 it was great season but we got crushed by the 49ers in the NFC Title game
