Hmm both Matt Millen and Chris Spielman were both linebackers and they both had/have no experience in General Managing.
@Buck Dancer john lynch is doing pretty well in san francisco and John Elway in Denver has a superbowl both had no experience. Millen was just a idiot who drafted 3 straight 1st round top 10 picks on round wrs.
