What? When it came to teams trading for hkm I never heard about the 49ers. All.I heard was the chokeboys over and over again.
As a niners fan it’s natural to want the best safety in the league to be on your team if there weren’t any consequences to it. But as he’s the best in the league, he’d want to get paid and we don’t have money to spare. that could jeopardize our contract with kittle and the safety position is the least of our worries in our secondary. I can say I didn’t really want Adams knowing these consequences and we’d have to give up a lot to get him excluding the contract

D Lakland yes it is but stats aren’t everything. KJ is getting worse on tape. I’m not the biggest fan of pro football focus but his rating with them has fallen to 60/100, he previously hovered around 70

I’d say it’s more important to fix the scheme. If we take a safety that’s a great blitzer and put him center field all year that doesn’t help. Our schemes on offense and defense don’t really put the players in a position to succeed.
If we open up a bit more cap room we could possibly get Clowney and snacks Harrison on one year deals
