First of all, Su’a Cravens is not Trent Williams. He went AWOL, both in college and with the Skins. Not saying they are perfect at the Skins, but Cravens can piss off. As for Trent, he has to take more responsibility for this himself. The Skins med staff are presumably not oncologists, and he needs to realize that. If you have a growth on the scalp as a player, you have to get it looked at privately, not rely on cold tub organizers and masseurs to hold your hand. One report said that the Skins staff told him to get it looked at two years ago, and he didn’t. If that is true this is his fault, and this almost has to be about money. Or maybe getting out so he can win a ring before he retires.
