Well we didn’t see him for a year either last time we heard he was running 4.4’s in his junior year , said he worked on speed all season came back running 4.3
Ja’Marr and JJettas could be one of the greatest WR competitions ever. They both wanna be great and outdo the other. There’s other great receivers but college teammates both flourishing like this is INSANE.

@Nathan brown – Kevin O’Connell was Rams OC last year and partly responsible for Kupp’s success based on plays. He’s now head coach and play caller for the Vikings. JJ said he now knows why Kupp is always open, because O’Connell’s plays are great for getting receivers open. JJ has been getting better every year and third year is usually one of the top years for a wideout.
You may be in for quite the surprise this season
seeing it from the beginning is what’s even crazier. being an LSU fan, watching that championship year unfold going from doubted the whole season to really proving it with the win, chase and jettas from day 1 showed they had what it takes to be elite number 1 options and they’re continuing it into the league. truly amazing.

It’s crazy how Joey B to Chase is going to be one of the great QB-WR duo in NFL history. If injuries don’t happen and both stay with the Bengals. They might surpass Peyton to Marvin. The thing is these two already have chemistry with each other from playing at LSU and now the pro. Compare to the others like Montana to Rice, Young to Rice, Peyton to Marvin, Brady to Moss, Brady to Edleman who all had to develop chemistry together in training camp. Never forget Chase beat Ramsey on that last play but Joey B didn’t have a pocket to hold long enough for it. One of the best.

I’m actually surprised he’s this high (and that Parsons will be top 20). Jefferson/Herbert had 2 of the best rookie seasons ever last year and were in the 50s after their rookie year. Maybe that helped pave the way a bit for players to accept guys like Chase/Parsons right near the top of the league after 1 year. I think he should be this high btw, just a bit surprised the players had no issues putting rookies this high.

@Shaun Kingsley It’s not comparable at all. The Tee Higgins play was ONE play that resulted in 7 points. Defenders were hanging onto Kupp for dear life that whole drive, yall even targeted his head in the red zone. He scored two touchdowns that drive and only one counted. But you’re right, that one PI is far worse than that ONE play Tee Higgins got. Which has already been discussed as the worst no call in Super Bowl history.

I remember in pre-season of 2021, Ja’Marr Chase couldn’t catch a cold. People made such a big deal about. I was thinking people needed to calm down because it was obvious rust from opting out of the 2020 season at his last season at LSU. I had a feeling he’d shake the rust off in time for the regular season. Not to mention, he would be playing his former LSU QB in Joe Burrow. Needless to say, I decided to draft him in FF and it paid HUGE dividends. The season he had was crazy. The scary part is he’ll only get better.
