I see what Hack and Paton want to do to this team! There’s idea of what should the team do and looked; I’m absolutely excited for this team potencial! Behind the Scene as a segment was one of the best things Broncos could decide to do, that environment of closeness to our HC’s and GM is exactly everything that’s right and good!!

Thoroughly enjoyed this. The man knows his x’s and o’s and you can tell he loves it. His energy is refreshing and contagious, even with the boys and girls club visit, you can just tell that’s how he rolls. I also liked how he stressed the importance of being able to teach. A lot of people are good at something but they can’t teach it. I get the impression he can. I like his staff too, they are inexperienced in the job they have taken, but have a lot of experience in coaching various positions over their careers. Let’s hope it works out, but they’re going to need some time to mesh. Broncos County is understandably short on patience at this point but these guys deserve it.
