Half our team arguably shouldn’t even being employed in the NFL, for once we actually have a direction and still doing better then Gase did in his what 3rd year lmaooo next year is the real defining moment
I’d say the roster would be employed but maybe backups since they are so young. Guys would be up to the physical and mental grind of being a pro. Idzik then Mikey Mac is not what the Jets now call “stacking it up.”
Not a bad piece of work considering what you have to work with, a 3-10 team seemingly going nowhere

Even if we lose out the rest of the season, as a fan I too see the vision, and I’m excited for the flip. I believe it can be done. The lucky part would be it happening sooner than later but that all depends on the learning process. I look forward to week 1 of next season, to see how Joe D, does in the offseason. Quincy was definitely a under the radar signing.
