Welcome to Denver
Good fit in our defense
Love the pick! We gonna be locking down in the AFC West!
Just watched some film on him when he played usc locked down pittman
now we have some body to cover hill
Quentin Her He sure does lmao he ran a 4.42 at the combine and he’s good at pressing.
Quentin Her yes he does😂 that’s why they call him a speedy corner
Big, physical, and fast. Love the pick 🥰
@Quentin Her Hes fast 4.42 is pretty dang good
@Quentin Her he does 4.42 is not 4.28 but its more than manageable, especially with his size, he’s gotta improve a lot in press though, so thats a worry, but against burners like ruggs and hill, he can definitely cause them some issues, he’s great in zone, and in college he ranked 2nd in the nation against the deep ball, the broncos got him for exactly this reasom
6’1 200, runs a 4.4, athletic, long arms, good man coverage. Sounds like a good fit to me.
I’m not too familiar with him tho, does anyone know if he plays slot corner at all ? Lemme know ⬇️
Yeah he’s a big outside zone corner. Cally has the slot on lock so don’t worry about that 😉
gatorloganuf Callahan is finally going to be able to play football? We will see… he had his foot injury in like 1982 right?
Yes I’m exaggerating, but he’s a pretty slow healer it looks like.
G Galilei look up his injury. The surgeon fucked his first procedure up so they had to redo his surgery and have it again during training camp last year, so he had to restart his whole healing process.
@gatorloganuf no way are you serious
@G Galilei actually in december of 2018. however he was stepped on during practice in july 2019 which caused a screw in his foot to bend (or break?). he tried playing though it but eventually had another surgery in november of 2019. so there’s the full timeline. so it really was just unfortunate with that screw. in no way does it make him a “slow healer”, now does it? he’ll be fine. a bit rusty but fine.
Not too familiar with him.. was looking for Bryce Hall but we will see I guess
xX Mr Kasper Xx Elway learned his lesson about taking injury prone guys. Ojemudia is a good player
Iowa are some of the most pro-ready players you can get, i see this guy starting for us at CB2 if Callahan has injury issues, and while i think he will struggle due to his issues at press, he is more than capable at zone, and he has great size and length, plus the kid is incredibly smart, and has great football iq, he will be ready day 1 for us
oh, and he’s also one of the best tackling CBs from this draft, which is something fangio requires from his CBs
Promising player. Good vision and ability.
Reach
Yup
He had a 3rd round grade. Went in the 3rd. Hmmmm lmao
No it wasn’t hes a 3rd Rd graded player and got selected in the 3rd Rd….so yeah your reach claim is invalid
@Eddie McMack Ive seen 4-5th round grades. Where have you seen 3rd round grade? Even Mel kiper said 5th round grade when the Broncos selected him. Hope he turns out great though.
Eddie McMack when you have about 15 CB with higher grades than you it’s called a reach. Many experts were surprised by the pick. You probably only got info from this Broncos sponsored video.
Suprised they didn’t take Bryce Hall but seeing as he hasnt been picked yet i understand
His body type makes him look like Isaiah Simmons kinda
Sneaky good!
Very instinctive zone corner. High football IQ. Fits the scheme perfectly. Can be a day 1 plug and play CB2
Song Name?
