2013 Fantasy Football Wide Receiver Rankings: NFL Week 15

With another exciting week of football under our belts, here are the Lester’s Legends 2013 Week 15 fantasy football wide receiver rankings.

1. Calvin Johnson, Detroit Lions

Calvin Johnson is averaging 112.3 yards and a touchdown per game. He’s playing the Baltimore Ravens at home, where he averages 130.2 yards per game. The Ravens have allowed 231.7 yards and 1.6 touchdowns per game.

2. Josh Gordon, Cleveland Browns

Josh Gordon is averaging 127.3 yards and 0.7 touchdowns per game. In his past three games he’s averaging 216.3 yards and 1.3 touchdowns per game. He should continue his dominance against the Chicago Bears.

3. Alshon Jeffery, Chicago Bears

Alshon Jeffrey has been a monster this year. I expect Brandon Marshall will have to deal with Joe Haden, which should lead to a big day for Jeffery. The Cleveland Browns have allowed 23 passing touchdowns.

4. Demaryius Thomas, Denver Broncos

Demaryius Thomas is averaging 88.4 yards and 0.8 touchdowns per game. He had 108 yards and three touchdowns in the first meeting with the San Diego Chargers.

5. Andre Johnson, Houston Texans

Andre Johnson is averaging 98.2 yards and 0.4 touchdowns per game. He’s averaging 106.8 yards in his past four games. Johnson faces the Indianapolis Colts. The Colts have allowed 241.5 yards and 1.5 touchdowns per game. He lit them up for 229 yards and three touchdowns in the first meeting.

6. Dez Bryant, Dallas Cowboys

Dez Bryant continues to deliver for the Dallas Cowboys. He should eat up the Green Bay Packers. The Pack have allowed 246.8 yards and 1.8 touchdowns per game.

7. A.J. Green, Cincinnati Bengals

A.J. Green is averaging 90.4 yards and 0.6 touchdowns per game. He’s facing the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Steelers have allowed 221.8 yards and 1.3 touchdowns per game.

8. DeSean Jackson, Philadelphia Eagles

DeSean Jackson is averaging 83.1 yards and 0.6 touchdowns per game. His speed will be too much for the Minnesota Vikings. The Vikes have allowed 282.5 yards and 2.2 touchdowns per game.

9. Antonio Brown, Pittsburgh Steelers

Antonio Brown is averaging 95.4 yards and 0.5 touchdowns per game. He has averaged 101.7 yards and 0.8 touchdowns in his past six games. This week he gets the Cincinnati Bengals. The Bengals have yielded 222.4 yards and 1.5 touchdowns per game.

10. Eric Decker, Denver Broncos

Eric Decker has 291 yards and five touchdowns in his past two games. I can’t image what he’ll do to a weak Chargers secondary.

11. Keenan Allen, San Diego Chargers

Keenan Allen is averaging 87.2 yards and 0.5 touchdowns in his past 10 games. He should be quite busy against the Denver Broncos. The Broncos have allowed 274.3 yards and 1.8 touchdowns per game.

12. Brandon Marshall, Chicago Bears

Brandon Marshall does have to square off with Haden, but he’s such a physical receiver I can’t imagine him not being a WR1, even with the tough matchup.

13. Roddy White, Atlanta Falcons

Roddy White is averaging nine catches for 108.5 yards in his past two games as he has finally come around. White should continue to thrive against the Washington Redskins. The Skins have allowed 256.7 yards and 1.9 touchdowns.

14. Vincent Jackson, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Vincent Jackson is averaging 79.5 yards and 0.5 touchdowns per game. His tough matchup against the San Francisco 49ers puts him in WR2 territory.

15. Larry Fitzgerald, Arizona Cardinals

Larry Fitzgerald is up to 10 touchdowns after averaging 70.3 yards in his past four games with five total touchdowns. He has a tough draw against the Tennessee Titans.

16. Julian Edelman, New England Patriots

Julian Edelman is averaging 91.7 yards and a touchdown in his past three games. He should remain active against the Miami Dolphins with Rob Gronkowski (knee) out.

17. Jordy Nelson, Green Bay Packers

Jordy Nelson is averaging 80.5 yards and 0.5 touchdowns. Matt Flynn looked a lot better last week against the Atlanta Falcons with 85 yards going to Jordy. That connection should continue to be potent against the Dallas Cowboys.

18. Harry Douglas, Atlanta Falcons

Harry Douglas was quiet last week but is averaging 71.2 yards on the season and 88.4 yards in his past eight games. He, too, should have a strong showing against the Redskins.

19. Riley Cooper, Philadelphia Eagles

Riley Cooper bounced back from a couple of slow games with 74 yards in the snow against the Detroit Lions. He should keep rolling against the Vikings’ terrible pass defense.

20. Torrey Smith, Baltimore Ravens

Torrey Smith is averaging 74.1 yards per game. He couldn’t get going due to the weather last week, despite a great matchup against the Vikings. He had scored three touchdowns in four games prior to that debacle. Look for him to bounce back against the Lions. Detroit has allowed 255.8 yards and 1.7 touchdowns per game.

21. Anquan Boldin, San Francisco 49ers

Anquan Boldin is averaging 85.3 yards and 0.8 touchdowns in his past four games. He is facing the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Bucs have allowed 238.4 yards and 1.8 touchdowns per game.

22. Dwayne Bowe, Kansas City Chiefs

Dwayne Bowe is averaging 58.3 yards and 0.8 touchdowns in his past four games. He faces the Oakland Raiders. The Raiders have yielded 250.5 yards and 1.8 touchdowns per game.

23. Victor Cruz, New York Giants

Victor Cruz is averaging 74.8 yards and 0.3 touchdowns per game. He has a tough draw against the Seattle Seahawks.

24. Michael Floyd, Arizona Cardinals

Michael Floyd is averaging 105.5 yards and 0.5 touchdowns in his past four games, but he’s dealing with some nagging injuries. He’s a low-end WR2 against the Titans.

25. Pierre Garcon, Washington Redskins

Pierre Garcon is averaging 78.2 yards and 0.2 touchdowns per game. He is a good bet to break out against the Atlanta Falcons. The Falcons have allowed 245.8 yards and 1.9 touchdowns per game.
