How the hell does he drop from 2021’s rank? Sure, he didn’t have as good of a regular season, but he showed up in the playoffs. Ain’t his fault his defense gave up 45 yards in 13 seconds. He played 2 perfect playoff games and managed to get screwed out. He is top 10 and there’s no debating that IMHO.

Adams, Donald, Bosa, Garrett, Ramsey, Henry, Kelce, Kupp, are all better or the best at their positions and because other qbs exist that drops Allen down to 10-20 range in the NFL, not just qb.
Which is more than fair. You also cannot discredit Rodgers, Mahomes and Brady.

Not even getting diggs. It was his OC and QB Coach fixing his previously horrendous footwork. His footwork used to taper-off as the season wore on. Now, he looks nearly flawless.
It wasnt just diggs. Josh got way better on his own as well. It was evident in his mechanics and decision making. He was lightyears ahead of his rookie year even without Diggs. They elevated EACH OTHER.

Allen’s first year, our best wr was Kelvin “Cheeseburger Benjamin” with one of the worst O-lines in the league. His 2nd year, our best WR was John Brown with an improved but not great O-line. Both those guys would be WR 3’s at best on other teams. Diggs was arguably the receiver 2 on the Vikings next to Thielen and Allen turned him into an elite receiver. He was never really a bust to begin with considering he carried our offense for the first 2 years.
Not even a bills fan but it’s a crime to leave him out of the top 10!

Everyone knows it’s Allen and Mahomes. Top 4 should be mahomes allen tj and aaron donald. In no particular order. But their effect on winning is too high. Rodgers had no playoff success. And brady, while still awesome, can’t necessarily make up for deficient olines like allen and mahomes. Josh ran for 700 yards last year. Thats a solid running back in the league.

Mahomes had 22?
@Goofed Mahomes best defense around him was 2019 and that was average. The run game is non existent. Clyde is not a very good player. The only run game was had was Jerrick McKinnon late in the season because he was hurt for most of the year, and even then he was a pass catcher more than a runner. Mahomes would light the field on fire with Dawson Knox and Diggs, you say that like they are some scrubs.
@Antonio Caballero That stat is completely irrelevant because he has literally torched defenses from all areas of the field since he became the starter in 2018. He is careful with the ball and doesn’t make many mistakes. I will take that 100% of the time. His job is to hit his open receivers, and to take care of the ball. He does that week in and week out. You think because QB’s force the ball to covered receivers they are better? Your logic is sad. That’s your only way of discrediting Mahomes.

I know the players tank their peers but Josh Allen at 13 is a mockery. Deserving of atleast a top 5. What he did this season and in the playoffs was spectacular. Who knows where the Bills would be if the defense couldve held KC for 13 seconds.

@Raymundo Lopez No, Allen had a better game than Mahomes did in that playoff game. The bills defense didn’t have a player like Von Miller yet that could disrupt the offense in those last 13 seconds. Not Allens fault AT ALL.

It’s honestly ridiculous how that Buffalo coaching staff completely turned his mechanics around. A complete 180. People don’t understand how much of an extreme rarity it is for a QB to change his mechanics in the pros when he’s played with those mechanics his WHOLE life, AND successfully transition to the new mechanics and re-invent himself. Extremely rare and difficult to do.
Yup, if you look back aaron rodgers did it first , he had completely different mechanics at Cal and in his first few years in the NFL, his rotation -torque style of throwing is what is being taught today . If you look at Allen’s throwing now it’s most similar to rodgers
It’s why I hate people using Allen as an example for other QBs with talent that come out struggling. What he did and became is beyond rare

Can’t say i agree with this. Im a Steelers fan but end up going to a bunch Bills games due to the close proximity/my friend group being 75% Bills fans. I sure as hell can’t think of 5 more impactful players let alone 12. The guy is a damn stud on the field

I realize his numbers dipped a little from 2020 (take into account, he played in about 3 really bad weather games). If he played in a dome or place like LA, his stats would be so much better. Also, take into account what he did in the playoffs in the ‘21 season. How did he drop from 10 to 13? How? I hope he uses this insult as extra motivation for this season!
