Honestly he’s young nowadays a lot of kids grow up more secluded. I know that working with kids. So I don’t see disinterest really but I think he’s just a quiet person who will eventually open up a bit.

Don’t assume this talented young man is disinterested. He has a laid-back demeanor, there’s no way he could produce like he has being disinterested. Not everyone can or will have the Media polish of Hutch, all smiles out going, ready to endorse Broncos… This guy is pumped and ready to help the Lions. He’s just more reserved!
People familiar with him from Bama said that this is how he always is during interviews. He’s not a public speaker, but get him on the field and he’s explosive and excited.
Don’t think people are concerned about him being disinterested in the game, pretty sure they’re more concerned about his feelings towards being in Detroit. I personally think that he will be fine once he gets to know the boys. Everyone and their mom knows that the Detroit Lions don’t have the prettiest history or win-lose record, but he understands that the overall goal is to shift the culture here. It takes players exactly like him to make that change happen, and we are well on our way now with the addition of him and Hutchinson 😎
looks to me like he isn’t all that interested in talking about things, he’d rather be showing it, can’t say as I blame him, I always hated talking to most people outside my circle, and tended to avoid it whenever possible. Have to give Danni credit though, I think she managed to squeeze a few more words out of him than they did on the draft stage lol
Seriously, when I see interviews like this and guys are quiet and shy, I assume that he’s a killer on the field.

If Olave and Wilson ran a 4.36 & 4.38, I think Jameson would have ran around a 4.31 maybe even in the 4.2s ( he was faster than both while at OSU)
He will compliment St Brown & Hockenson because both those guys don’t have the speed Jameson has so Safteys will have to stay back for Jameson
He’s also 6’2 that has elite speed. His potential is limitless
