Well, looks like Day 3 of the Giants training camp is in the books. On August 26, the Giants will restructure Leonard Williams’ contract to free up around $8.9 million in cap space, on August 29, the Giants will trade Kenny Golladay and a 2023 4th-rounder to the 49ers for Jimmy Garoppolo, trade Sterling Shepard to the Bears for Roquan Smith and a 2023 2nd-rounder, trade Matt Peart and a 2024 6th-rounder to the Ravens for Chuck Clark and trade Carter Coughlin, Ben Bredeson and 2023 1st- and 3rd-rounders to the Falcons for A.J. Terrell and Matt Hennessy and on August 30, the Giants will sign Jimmy G to a 9-year, $180 million contract extension with $66 million guaranteed, sign Saquon Barkley to a 3-year, $36.6 million contract extension, sign Roquan to a 4-year, $42.2 million contract extension and sign Chuck to a 4-year, $52 million contract extension.
