Get mimms a plane ticket, he has ability for NFL and Jets won’t play him, other then the depth Jets have, there is only 2 reasons, 1) He’s dumb as a stump and can’t understand playbook. 2) He’s a problem charactor wise…he comes across as a me me guy and that’s not going to work on a TEAM, Especially a young team where everyone seems about Wins not THEMSELVES. Never drank the cool aid on Mims. Not drinking on Lafleur either, guy should not be heading this offense, he has ZERO experience on field, I do not get how they expect a guy who played 20 minutes in high school to take a team of seemingly high level players and be groomed by him. YOU CAN NOT HAVE THE COACH LEARNING WITH THE PLAYERS! Its a Recipe for an extended learning process for sure. Does anyone expect to go to playoffs with a guy who wasnt sure wheather to coach on field or from box….sorry, seems like nice guy but if we are honest, Lafleur should be a assistant OC at best.
