Tony Gonzalez won’t be walking away from football just yet.
The Atlanta Falcons tight end, who just completed his 17th and final NFL season, was added to the Pro Bowl roster on Tuesday after San Francisco 49ers tight end Vernon Davis pulled out. It will be Gonzalez’s 14th trip to the Pro Bowl.
Gonzalez addressed the news with the following tweet:
Thought I played my last game a few weeks ago. Decided I have one more in me. Heading to Hawaii tomorrow for the Pro Bowl!
